1. What we collect

Only what you enter in the request form: your name, a contact detail (phone, Telegram or email) and your message. If you call or message us on Telegram, we receive the details you share yourself (phone number, Telegram name).

We also store technical information about how you arrived (UTM tags, an ad click identifier) in your browser and attach it to your request so we know which advertising produced it. With your consent (see the cookie policy), anonymous site usage data may be collected.

2. Why we use it

To reply to your request, discuss the project and prepare a proposal. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party mailings.

3. Who receives it

Requests are delivered to our working chat in the Telegram messenger. Data may also be processed by the site's hosting provider. We disclose data to other third parties only when required by law.

4. How long we keep it

No longer than needed to handle your request and follow-up communication. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

5. Your rights

You may request access to your data, correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Write to us at hello@avyno.com.ua.

Processing follows Ukrainian personal data protection law and, for visitors from the EU, the GDPR.
